Skin Selling Terms
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These Skin Selling Terms (the “Selling Terms”) govern the sale of Counter-Strike 2 (CS2/CS:GO) in-game items (“skins”) to flicknetic.com, operated by Jobeha Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland under registration number 813323, with its registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, and the payout of the resulting balance.
They are supplementary to, and form part of, our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By selling skins to us you agree to these Selling Terms.
1. Key Facts
Who can sell — registered users aged 18 or over, with a public Steam inventory and a valid Steam Trade URL.
Commission — 3% of the agreed sale price; you receive 97% as store balance.
Payout currency — Euro (EUR, €).
How you are paid — to your internal Flicknetic balance, which you can spend in the shop or withdraw.
When you are paid — after we receive the items and any Steam trade hold has cleared.
Withdrawals — available after successful KYC verification, to a bank card and optionally an IBAN.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Selling Terms.
You must hold a registered Flicknetic account and a Steam account that you own and control.
Your Steam profile and inventory must be set to public, and you must provide a valid Steam Trade URL or token so we can send you a trade offer.
The items you offer must be lawfully owned by you, tradable, and free of any Steam restrictions or locks beyond the standard trade hold.
3. How a Sale Works
You open the sell page, load your CS2 inventory and select the items you wish to sell.
You confirm your Steam Trade URL or token and submit the items. A trade offer is created and sent to you by our bot.
You accept the trade offer in Steam. The offer then moves through the states placed, pending or on hold, received and finally completed. An offer may instead be marked declined, expired or cancelled if it is not accepted, times out, or cannot be processed.
Once the items are received and any trade hold has cleared, your balance is credited and the offer is marked completed.
The price shown for each item at the moment of submission is the price that applies to that sale. Prices are dynamic and may change between visits.
4. Pricing and Commission
Item prices are derived from third-party CS2 market reference data (sourced from market.csgo.com and served through our price feed). Prices are indicative and can change at any time.
A commission of 3% is applied to the agreed sale price. You receive 97%, credited to your internal balance in EUR. For example, an item agreed at €100.00 credits €97.00 to your balance.
The commission rate in force is the rate displayed at the time of sale. If we change it, the new rate applies only to sales made after the change.
All amounts are calculated and stored in EUR. Any currency conversion performed by your bank or card issuer at withdrawal is outside our control.
5. Steam Holds
Valve may apply a trade hold (escrow) to items you send us — for example if you do not have the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled, or have recently changed your Steam security settings. The length of a Steam hold is set by Valve, not by Flicknetic, and is not fixed.
While an item is in a Steam hold, the offer stays in the received state and your balance is not credited yet.
Your balance is credited automatically once the hold expires and the item is confirmed in our inventory. We check for cleared holds on a recurring basis, so there may be a short delay between the hold expiring and your balance updating.
We cannot shorten, waive or override a Steam hold. To avoid holds, enable the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator before trading.
6. Balance
Proceeds from sales are credited to your internal Flicknetic balance in EUR.
Your balance is store credit. You may use it to purchase items in our shop, or request a withdrawal to your bank.
Your balance is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest, and is not e-money. It represents a claim for goods or a payout under these Selling Terms.
7. Withdrawals and KYC
7.1 Identity verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal you must complete identity verification. You upload a photo or scan of an identity document through the withdrawal page.
Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB per file. Documents are stored encrypted and are accessible only to authorised staff for verification purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
A KYC request moves through the states pending and then approved or declined. If declined, you may resubmit a clearer document. Withdrawals stay disabled until your status is approved.
7.2 Requesting a withdrawal
Once KYC is approved, you may request a withdrawal of available balance. You provide a card number (PAN) as the payout destination; an IBAN and account holder name may be provided optionally.
Withdrawals are processed in EUR. A request moves through pending, processing and completed, or may be declined.
We may decline or postpone a withdrawal where required for fraud prevention, legal or regulatory compliance, or where the payout details appear incorrect or do not match your verified identity.
Payout times depend on your bank and payment provider and are outside our direct control. Fees charged by your own bank, if any, are your responsibility.
8. Cancellations and Errors
A sale is final once the trade offer is accepted and the items leave your Steam inventory. Because skins are delivered immediately and their market value fluctuates, completed sales are not reversible.
If a trade offer is not accepted, expires, is declined, or fails for a technical reason, no items change hands and no balance is credited; you may simply submit again.
If a genuine pricing or system error occurs — for example an item is credited at a clearly incorrect amount — we reserve the right to correct the balance, reverse the affected transaction, or contact you to resolve it. We will act in good faith and notify you of any correction.
If you believe an item was received but not credited after the hold cleared, contact support with your account details and the approximate time of the trade.
9. Prohibited Activity
You must not:
sell items you do not own, that are subject to a dispute, or that were obtained fraudulently, through a chargeback, or by unauthorised access to another account;
use the selling feature for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
provide false identity or payout information, or attempt to withdraw to an account that is not yours;
use bots, scripts or any automated means to manipulate prices, balances or the trading flow;
attempt to exploit bugs, holds or pricing discrepancies.
We may suspend selling and withdrawal access, freeze affected balances, and report activity to the relevant authorities where we reasonably suspect a breach of this section.
10. Liability and Disclaimer
The selling feature relies on Steam and third-party market data. We are not responsible for Steam outages, trade holds, Valve policy changes, or inaccuracies in third-party reference prices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flicknetic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit arising from market price changes between submission and completion of a sale.
Nothing in these Selling Terms limits any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong with a sale, a payout or a KYC decision, please contact us. Our complaint handling procedure and the deadlines we work to are set out in our Complaints Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Selling Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to sales and withdrawals made after the updated version is published. Continued use of the selling feature after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Selling Terms.
