A small patch has been released for CS2 with fixes for Molotov and incendiary grenades.

On the night of January 27, Valve released an update for Counter-Strike 2, which fixed a number of bugs in the shooter. The information was published on the game’s official Steam blog.

General changes

  • If a Molotov cocktail or incendiary grenade bounces off an enemy, its fuse burn time is increased once, preventing the grenade from exploding in mid-air after the standard timer expires.
  • Fixed a performance issue when launching the game without a sound device.
  • Various knife sound fixes.
  • Fixed incorrect rendering of cl_ent_bbox for some dynamic entities.
  • Various game stability improvements.
  • Nuke, Warden and Sanctum maps have been updated.

Counter-Strike 2 previously released an update that launched the fourth season of Premier mode. Additionally, the developers made changes to the Anubis map, rebalanced weapons, and released new skins.
